Coronavirus 2019 - A Letter to You


Dear Resident(s)

With the influx of new, daily developments in the news, we wanted to reach out regarding the current situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19). We understand the many concerns and environment uncertainty and want everyone to know the safety of our residents, employees and guests is top priority in everything we do. We have increased the frequency of our regular cleaning and sanitizing procedures.

Effective Immediately:

  • All Clubhouse areas, pools, fitness rooms, sauna, and the community room will be temporarily closed to help limit large groups of people. We will evaluate the re-opening of our common areas on April 1st, 2020.

  • All Employees will be required to wear protective masks and gloves upon entering any apartment home.

How can you help?

  • Remain home if symptoms arise. If you are feeling as though you have flu like symptoms, please consider the safety of those around you and remain indoors until your symptoms have subsided.

  • Call the leasing office and notify us that you have flu-like symptoms. If you are experiencing dry cough, fever, or shortness of breath (flu-like symptoms), it is important to notify us so we can assure the safety of our employees and refrain from entering your apartment. Routine maintenance procedures can be put on hold until symptoms subside.

  • Picking up packages in the office. Please stay clear of the leasing office if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms. If symptoms prevent you from picking up your package, our staff will deliver the package to your door.

  • Washing your hands regularly. Be sure to regularly wash your hands and wipe down any handles or doorknobs that are used daily in your home. Use any hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content.

Our commitment to bringing you a quality and comfortable living experience remains unwavering. We will continue to take the concerns surrounding COVID-19 seriously and use best practices around, ensuring that our communities are safe and sanitized properly.
